You can print it, copy onto your own letterhead, and fill in the information or you can 'cut and paste' the text below into your word processing program and then complete and print the Transmittal from there. Mail the funds and tranmittal to the Cultural Growth Fund. An acknowledment of the placement of the funds into the program and a commitment for monthly payments will be sent to you within a few days. TRANSMITTAL OF FUNDS

Dear Sirs:

As a member of the CULTURAL GROWTH FUND, I am transmitting the FUND the enclosed funds to be placed in Program One, which program is for not less than one year with an investment in an amount of not less than one thousand dollars providing that the fund pays and continues to pay monthly a fixed and taxable return of ten percent per month. The undersigned agrees to pay all taxes due and further understands that the principal invested shall be returned after one year and at the time the undersigned may have, if offered, an option to elect continued participation. The undersigned also understands that the CULTURAL GROWTH FUND is not providing a surety for the principal nor is the FUND taking any part of the monthly returns, except for minor incidental expenses.
